1. Borders

1a. Country Borders

The Open Republic currently borders several countries. There is currently only five road connections to the Open Republic. Each road border has a flag with a sign saying “Welcome to the Open Republic!” along with a sign that also says the Region. The country borders are marked clearly with polished andesite.

2. Transportation

2a. Roads

O2002, Freeway 18 which is operated between Squiiagco Transportation Solutions and Open Republic Transportation Department. The other major roads are operated by Open Republic Transportation Department such as M7, M70, M79 and A6.

2b. Railways

2ba. SQTR

SQTR currently has only one station in the Open Republic, located in NCT, on Line 3. Southbound leads to Anatoli, northbound leads to Inkytown.

2bb. ClyRail

ClyRail currently has nine stations located in the Open Republic. The main station located in NCT, which is known as NCT Hub, has a direct transfer to AirCS and an indirect transfer to SQTR.

2bc. AirCS

AirCS currently has one station that is located in NCT. Southbound leads to Anatoli Park & Ride, northbound leads to Inkytown. The station features a clocktower, and a transfer to ClyRail NCT Hub.

2c. Air

2ca. NCT Airport

NCT Airport is accessible by footpath from Songbird Street, M79 Wonderwall Way and ClyRail NCT Airport.

3. Standards

3a. Buildings

All public buildings must use the 1987 ISO standard fire exit pictogram with a glow item frame, buildings that fail to comply, will result in closure to the public and a fine, if the exit is signed using words as well, it is strongly advised that the colour used is green.

3b. Roads

All dual carrigeways that have a hard shoulder, it should the same width as lanes (commonly 3 blocks wide) and also using orange concrete. Street signs must follow the Open Republic standard for arrows. The central resveration should use yellow lines, stone brick walls for the divider, with polished granite below if space allows.

3c. Arrows

Arrows must be indicated with two lines with either a greater than/less than sign or a forward and back slight for up and down.

Not following the arrow standards will mostly be acceptable. For buildings built before 13th July 2022, it is recommended for older buildings to follow the Open Republic standard.

4. Land Ownership

4a. Claimed Areas

All areas without any structures is unclaimed, however any area that is marked with crying obsidian with a one block gap is a reserved area.

5. Telecommunications

All networks that are not roaming to On when Off is allowed to oparate in the Open Republic to build with no restrictions on the towers.
